Peak season: 1st of April until 31st of October, 24th of December until 2nd of January
Low season: 1st of November until 23rd of December, 3rd of January until 31st of March
Basic Rent
The basic rent is 100 € for 4 persons and up to 2 dogs per night during the high season from April through October. A 5th and a 6th person each pays 10 € per night additionally. Accordingly, 3 guests pay 90 €, and 2 guests 80 € per night during high season. An infant in the baby bed stays for free. See the detailed price list (2015)/ price list (2016) graded according to number of persons and nights, low and peak season.
The rent includes utilities as water, garbage, GEZ, the provision of bed linen*, bath mats*, hand towels* and kitchen towels*, and the final cleaning. Electricity and heating depend on the individual energy consumption, which is charged separately.
*Attention: The provision of bed linen, bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels is not included in the special offer of long term rental (2 weeks and more), but an initial laundry service can be booked for 10 € per person.
Bath towels (for the sunbeds in the garden, the beach, or the like) are not provided.

Period of Tenancy
Less than three nights are not rented, because it would be too much effort to prepare the house and garden. Especially in the low season, months from November through March (except the 24th of December until the 2nd of January), long-term rentals (2-8 weeks) but also short-term rentals are possible at very favorable terms.

Check-in: from 15:00 hrs
Check-out: until 11:00 hrs
Rental Agreement
Along with the confirmation of the reservation, I send my guests-to-be two copies of the rental agreement by regular mail. Only when I get one of the signed documents back and the deposit is received on my account within a given period of time, the booking is completed.
